The following years brought contacts with further partners renowned on the global market - MUSIC SALES, the leading music publishing group, or UNITED MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS, a famous American group comprising producers of wind instruments (ARMSTRONG, ARTLEY, BENGE, CONN, KING, MUSICA) as well as equipment and accessories for musicians (VANDOREN, NADY, ARION, DOD, REMO, PAISTE).
In September 1991 KONSBUD-AUDIO started its operations as a limited liability company within the KONSBUD holding. And in 1994 it separated from the holding and has been operating since then as an independent limited liability company.
Over that time the company gradually changed its scope of activities by focusing on professional audio equipment. One after another we obtained exclusive distributor and importer licences for many renowned brands, including NEUTRIK, a manufacturer of excellent audio connectors so praised by the professionals. It was our company that built in Poland the image of SENNHEISER, known for the manufacture of microphones and headphones.
Like in the prior years, we are not afraid of challenges and consequently introduce to the Polish market new brands and quality standards in the area of professional sound and music market. We may say with confidence that the sound reinforcement systems of d&b audiotechnik have really found their place on the Polish market and their use during prestigious events such as the Festival of Polish Song in Opole proves the quality and reputation of d&b products.
We may also dare saying that Audio-Technica microphones win recognition of more and more new users and in some market segments (like theatres) they have become the standard. AVIOM digital multicores are another product which has successfully settled in sound reinforcement companies and fixed installations.
For many years our company successfully introduces new brands on the Polish market. And we continue to expand our offer. For instance during last two years we have promoted with a great success the XTA processors on this market and the excellent MARKBASS bass amplifiers (recently Konsbud-Audio has become the exclusive Polish distributor for this company, an Italian manufacturer of professional amplifiers for musical instruments).
We co-operate with a whole network consisting of more than two hundred music shops located in Poland. In our activities we use the synergy of our three departments namely MI, design and PRO AUDIO.
We offer our services at every stage of the investment process, starting from co-operation with an architect and investors in designing and system configuration through installation work up to the final acceptance. The knowledge and experience we have gained enables us to complete projects of various complexity, from simple sound reinforcement arrangements for schools, culture houses through systems for theatres and concert halls up to sophisticated installations for radio and TV broadcasters.
In connection with the entry into force of new provisions relating to the fire protection in buildings we have recently focused our activity on designing and installing Voice Alarm Systems.
